E-Commerce and Digital Retail Entrepreneurship Bootcamp
About Course
Digital retail makes it possible to reach customers almost anywhere, but launching a store is not the same as building a viable enterprise. Many founders choose products without evidence, underestimate fulfilment and returns, and spend on promotion before proving trust or demand. This course helps learners investigate a real customer problem and turn a focused retail opportunity into a visible, testable and commercially disciplined enterprise.
You will investigate shoppers, sellers and suppliers; size the market; design the offer and customer journey; select the commerce stack; and build a viable model and brand. You will launch a minimum viable store, test product and checkout demand, address consumer protection and data risks, design sourcing and fulfilment, and build acquisition and retention systems. Every section produces a portfolio asset, from the venture thesis and customer evidence to the live store, operating plan, financial model and customer pipeline.
By the end, you will become an e-commerce entrepreneur with a visible digital retail enterprise—not merely a business idea. Your final portfolio will include a public store, tested offer, customer evidence, business and brand, product catalogue, operating plan, go-to-market system, unit economics, global support pipeline, pitch deck and 90-day launch roadmap. Successful learners receive a Scalelab Academy certificate, lifetime course access, future updates and course-specific AI tools for product research, merchandising, copywriting, analytics, financial modelling and campaign planning.
