SaaS and Digital Product Entrepreneurship Bootcamp
About Course
Software is easier to build than ever, but a product that people repeatedly use and pay for remains difficult to create. Founders often overbuild features before understanding the user, the buyer, the workflow and the reasons customers stay or leave. This course helps learners turn a verified digital problem into a visible, testable and commercially disciplined SaaS or digital-product enterprise.
You will investigate users, champions, buyers and technology stakeholders; size the market; design the product; select a practical technology approach; and build a viable revenue model and brand. You will create and test an MVP, measure activation, engagement, willingness to pay and retention signals, manage privacy and security, design product operations, and build a first-customer pipeline. Every section produces a portfolio asset, from the venture thesis and discovery evidence to the working product, pricing model and go-to-market system.
By the end, you will become a SaaS or digital-product entrepreneur with a visible enterprise—not merely a business idea. Your final portfolio will include a public landing page, tested MVP, customer evidence, product and brand, pricing and unit economics, responsible-product plan, operating system, customer pipeline, global support and funding targets, pitch deck and 90-day roadmap. Successful learners receive a Scalelab Academy certificate, lifetime course access, future updates and course-specific AI tools for research, product design, validation, metrics, financial planning and pitch preparation.
